Text guides tend to disappear so I'm gathering info here.
Party composition
Single-tank as DPS is a big concern. WHM+SCH+BARD+DRG+SMN. Rest any for now.
Phase 1: 100%-65%
General positioning rule for P1: don't stay near middle, spread out. DPS target: 4 meteors.
Have food, dps pots and healing pots.
Stardust - place meteor; get ready for reavendive->chariot.
Ravensbeak - mitigate/heal (~same timing with meteor dmg)
Raven Dive to non-tank character. Bait away from centre!
Iron chariot - Move to the center in preparation for next move.
Thermionic beam - stack to share damage
Raven Dive - returns on tank (~same timing with poison explosion).
Stardust – place meteor, ranged move away, melee move close.
Lunar dynamo (aka Vampiric Donut) - melee stay close rdps/healers stay far away, after animation is visible move to your positions for meteor stream.
Meteor Stream - stay away from other ppl (we'll assign positions later). Can be parried, so Keen Flurry.

Dalamud Dive
(repeat) with first Ravensbeak coming before Stardust.
Meteor stream dodging positioning for P1:
Tank - Stays at waymark "A". WHM - (C) - Centre of the circular pattern near waymark "C". SCH - (B) Melee1 - AB - Between radial line pattern on waymark "A" and radial line pattern between waymarks "A" and "B". Melee2 - AC RDPS1 - BA RDPS2 - CA PRDS3 - (A)
Meteor placement:
It seems that mizteq's placement (see video for details) is superior. However, placing 6 meteors in that pattern might be a teensy bit tricky. We'll switch to that pattern only in case of problems with Solutude's pattern.
Phase 2: 65%-timer (2m)
Put three golems in the middle of circle patterns.
Tank gets green golem. This golem cleaves hard and does high-damage AOE time from time. Kill him before color swap (it's ok to not feed him any meteors as we can feed 3 meteors to blue and red golems).
Healer gets blue golem. This golem does Earthshock ability (massive AOE + undispellable paralysis). It should be silenced (it will happen after color swap, so blue one will be on tank). Blue golem also has magnetism ability that can affect meteors as well. Be sure to tank him in a way that prevents him from sucking more than 3 meteors.
Bard red golem. This guy leaves blue fiery patches and does huge telegraphed AOE with safe spot in front of him.
Golems swap colors after some time, be sure to kill green golem before that happens. Be sure to feed all meteors to golems. Every golem can get up to 3 meteors.
Kill golems in 65 seconds. Not enough deeps? Food & pots.
After that, all group goes to AB and runs clock-wise dropping meteors at AB, BA, BC, CB, CA and AC locations. While it's possible to optimize it to reduce healing it might be not necessary. Again put golems in circullar patterns and kill them in a minute.
Brace for BIG BOOM. It seems that stoneskin on everyone + mantra&alloquim + sacred soil is necessary.
